Spring Weekend Ticketing Debacle: The Superlatives

On the fateful morning of April 11th, at approximately exactly 8 AM, hordes of sleepy college students flocked to the BCA website, eager to get their hands on some coveted SW 2016 tickets. Instead of the tickets they so desired, they faced a string of frustrating website crashes and complications that left people feeling frustrated and disheartened. Luckily for us, the angry masses were very vocal about their disappointment.
