Previously, The Blognonian was an independent student publication created by the former staff of BlogDailyHerald. We were a student life blog dedicated to delivering news to the College Hill community and being your go-to source for all things Brown, including housing guides, love advice, and even dining hall hack guides.

Now, after a break, The Blognonian is a publication run my alumni that is not officially affiliated with Brown, but hopes to provide a platform for current Brunonians and alumni to share their thoughts and experiences as they pertain to life on College Hill, particularly in the wake of the mass shooting at Brown University on December 13th, 2025.

We strive to serve as a platform on which all Brown students feel represented. On today’s campus, a student life blog needs to be accessible and relatable. It has to be thoughtful and intentional in everything that it does and publishes. It should resonate for every student, regardless of race, gender, class, body or sexuality. As your source of campus news, we will work persistently to be the blog that you want to read.
