Introducing this Fall’s Blog babies!
With a new school year comes a new batch of beautiful Blog babies to join our team! Get to know them here!
Rhys Long (he/him/his) is a sophomore from Pittsburgh and is concentrating in International and Public Affairs. If he were a vegetable, he would be a zucchini since it’s a very versatile food. Outside of the classroom, Rhys is interested in theatre (and will be in the Rocky Horror Picture Show)!
- Melia Lee, ‘25
Melia Lee (she/her/hers) is a fantastic first year hailing all the way from beautiful Hawaii. She isn't sure what she is studying yet, but really enjoys the humanities. She is also currently doing an independent study on the Hawiian language! Melia's party trick is that she can make origami out of chopstick wrappers, which is awesome. If Melia were a vegetable, she'd be a garbanzo bean but NOT a chickpea.
- Lauren Bonner, ‘24
These are NOT chickpeas.
Lauren Bonner (she/her/hers) is a sophomore from the great state of Rhode Island! She’s a Chemistry and Psychology concentrator, which sounds like the perfect combination of suffering and understanding why you’re suffering. Lauren knows lots of magic tricks (wow, cool!) so definitely ask her to do one if you see her around campus. She believes that if she were a vegetable, she would be cauliflower because it’s a great substitute for chicken and, much like her, is very white.
