Easy ways to waste time this week
Here at Blog, we are determined to help you waste time during finals. Oh, and we occasionally like to write short blog posts to help us waste our own time during finals, too. The best relationships work both ways, right?Anyways, here are some of Blog's favorite timewasters to launch you from the Absolute Quiet Room and into the holiday season. - Haven't heard of Guy In Your MFA? Check out our personal favorite Twitter account, run by Brown Alum Dana Schwartz.
- Spend a couple hours manually searching for BBA posts about yourself.
- NPR's Best Books of 2018 is incredibly well done and will get you excited for all that pleasure reading to come in January!
- Something you didn't think you needed, but you absolutely, irrefutably, do: Excellent Coats on Irritated Women.
- Check out this video of Andy Cohen crashing a Santacon party. It's hilarious, and involves Brown students! If anyone knows who "Dean" is, hit us up.
- Come up with cool ways to use those last remaining meal credits. There are donation bins all throughout campus right now, and I also recommend stocking up on chasers for a final pregame in your Andrews dorm room. Unless you are a senior still on meal plan... If so,
what are you doing. - This video of Adam Sandler singing every song from Hamilton is described by one blogger as their "personal hell." Don't you want to find out if you agree?
- Take some time to imagine all of the fun things you'll get into once you're home. If you're staying on campus, fantasize about Providence's weirdly on-point AirBnB scene!
- Have way too much fun filling out your course evaluations. Those things are anonymous for a reason. (Wait. They are anonymous, right!? Every year, I think I know and then I panic and don't know where to turn.*)
- Send that risky text!! It's almost 2019. The world is burning. Meet him at the GCB.
- If #10 leads to success, explore the best places to hook up during reading period (as outlined in this Sextion).
- Be sure to get outside. Talk to your friends. We don't want a repeat of this iconic video.
