Pre-registration is here!

It's that time of year again: pre-reg. Pre-registration begins on Monday, April 25th and closes at 5pm on Monday, May 2nd. Access to the registration system is staggered on the following schedule:Undergraduates whose semester level in Fall 2016 will be:07 and above               Monday, April 25        8 a.m.05 and 06                      Tuesday, April 26       8 a.m.Everyone else               Wednesday, April 27  8 a.m.Pre-registration this year will work a little differently after the unveiling of Brown's incredible new website Courses@Brown.I took a look at the new website and found it easy to use (and so pretty). The search tool is located on the left side of the screen. You can search by title, tag, subject, CRN or keyword. I ended up using the advanced search tool at the bottom. The new website compiles courses, section times, and professors in one scrollable window.Once courses are added to your cart, you can pre-register (starting Monday) by clicking "Go To Registration" and then "Register Cart." The new site has also made it easier to save multiple carts, because the Brown admin finally realized that Brown students shop 15 courses each semester.Happy Shopping!
